Hi, I’m Rebecca - founder of The White Label NYC
Founded in 2025, Rebecca started The White Label NYC to combine her eye for design with her lifelong instinct for organization. After extensive years of experience working as a home organizer seeing how many families wanted organized homes but didn’t have the time or systems to make it happen, she turned her natural skill into a service that helps clients create spaces that feel calm, beautiful, and effortless.
Becoming a home organizer initially wasn’t part of the plan…
Before becoming a professional home organizer, I spent my college days juggling Division 1 swimming- 20 hours a week like a full-time job- and studying for a career in optometry. I loved taking notes, especially making them visually appealing and organized, which sparked my lifelong appreciation for structure and aesthetics.
After graduating, feeling burnt out, I decided to explore work I was naturally good at, and the opportunity to become a home organizer came my way. Working in the homes of top-tier clients was a dream - beautifully designed homes that challenged me to bring order and function to every corner. It didn’t take long to notice a common struggle: families often have incredible spaces but lack systems that make their lives easier.
Seeing how possessions could take control of people’s lives inspired me to be more thoughtful about my own belongings. I’m quick to let go of things I don’t need, but when it comes to adding something new; I can take months to decide.
I love helping people reach this point in their lives, where they learn to truly value what they have, become less wasteful, and fully enjoy their homes. No space is too big, too small, or too messy to start. Every home has the potential to feel effortless, organized, and beautiful!
